If you are not satisfied with the product from Beyli, please send us an email at hello@beyli.com.au with the subject line "Refund Order # Number." Users can apply for the refund within 30days of receiving the order. We will try to make it as straightforward as possible, with free return shipping.

How Refund Process Works:

  • To apply for a refund, the Customer needs to contact us via email.
  • Email hello@beyli.com.au with the subject line "Refund Order # Number."
  • Please attach the product picture to the email.
  • When the user appeals for a refund with the product picture and the refund request has been approved, the customer will need to ship the product back to Lucy Cr, Greenvale, Vic 3059, Australia.
  • Beyli will pay for shipping charges. 
  • The product should be in its original condition to get approval for a refund.
  • Once the refund is approved, We'll issue a full refund.
  • Please Make a note; this process can take 10 to 15 days.
  • Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used.


We will provide a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Exchange of an item
  • Customer mind change
  • Cancellation after order
  • Faulty Or Broken Item
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Product never delivered


The product must be in new condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a full refund; for opened or damaged products, there will be a re-stocking fee charged depending on the item. 


Please note We have the power to reject returns that show symptoms of unreasonable wear, misuse, or damage.
